Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to organise, prioritise and assess work for our team. You will be responsible to deliver projects on-time and within budget You will need to have an eye for detail and have the ability to immerse yourself into the integrity of the different project tasks to steer the project team in the right path to successfully completing the specific project deliverables. Your responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

Main Duties

  • Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
  • Groom and prioritise backlog
  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Set sprint goals
  • Write acceptance tests
  • Plan releases and upgrades
  • Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
  • Analyse preferences and requests of end users
  • Keep track of industry trends
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Manage project budget
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results


  • Work experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role in product management
  • Work experience in project management
  • Familiarity with is agile is a plus
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
  • Team spirit and good communication abilities
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good technical background
  • Experience with MS project
  • Ability to manage people in the project team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
